Terms and Conditions for Uploading Catalogue on GEM.
1. Commission Structure
We charge a commission ranging from 3-10% of the total order value, depending on the product category. To avoid any confusion, please confirm the applicable charges before uploading your product
2. Payment Terms
Due to the large volume of clients we serve, we require 100% payment in advance. This helps us provide quicker service and eliminates delays caused by following up for payments.
3. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Cardier India, we prioritize transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Unlike other consultants, we do not withhold full payment if an order is not completed. Instead, we have a straightforward fee structure:
- Direct Purchases: ₹2,000 per listing
- Bids: ₹5,000 per listing
This ensures that you only pay for the listings you engage with, making our process fair and transparent.
The remaining balance will be instantly refunded to your account.
- To avoid unnecessary fees, we strongly encourage you to provide details for confirmed orders only. This will help save both our time and your money, ensuring a smooth and cost-efficient process.
4. Post-Upload Catalogue Changes
Once a catalogue is uploaded, any requested changes will incur an additional fee of ₹2000.
5. Authorisation validity
All orders must be completed within 7-10 days. After this period, your authorization will expire, and a re-authorization or re-carting fee of ₹2000 will be charged.
6. Repeat Orders & Quantity Adjustments
Any repeat orders or changes in quantity after the catalogue has been published will incur additional charges based on the order value. Failure to inform us of these changes may lead to the seller being permanently marked as invalid and considered fraudulent.
7. Listing Charges
There is a minimum charge of ₹1000-2000 to list and authorize products.

- No commission will be charged on cartridge or software when you purchase the materials directly from us, As we manufacture and source these materials ourselves, we are able to provide you with the most competitive prices while maintaining the highest quality standards.

- When the pricing of some items is not updated on the website, and a consumer purchases a product, the client must pay an Additional Payment to get their product sent.

- If a consumer wants to purchase a product directly from the Cardier India shop, he or she must first complete the online purchasing process, which includes the payment of shipping expenses. Customers who do not wish to pay the shipment expenses can pay in cash. The card will not be accepted.

- If a client receives damaged or faulty merchandise, the manufacturer’s guarantee applies; Cardier India is not liable.

- If a courier firm misplaces a client’s package and the consumer does not receive it before 30 days, Cardier India business will issue a refund.

- Any additional costs incurred by Cardier India for re-delivery will be collected from the User placing the purchase if a non-delivery or delivery delay happens to owe to an error by the User (i.e., incorrect or incomplete name or location, or beneficiary not accessible).
