Cardier India will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any Product ordered on the Webpage is shipped within 7-15 working days of the date of the purchase, subject to the satisfactory completion of the transaction for the Order and the Product’s supply (s). 

However, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Company will not be held liable for any delay in Product delivery caused by situations far beyond Company’s control, given that the Company will take all necessary actions to make sure that the Product is delivered within the above-mentioned deadlines.

All the orders and purchases are handled between Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

How do we send the order?

  • We send the materials out in both ways (By surface & By Air) If the parcel weighs less than 1kg, it will be sent by air; if it weighs over 1kg, it will be sent by ground.
  • We do not provide complimentary shipping.
  • Product delivery will be handled by reputable courier companies such as Blue Dart, Professional, Delhivery, Gati, Shiprocket, and others.

What is the best way to monitor a dispatched order?

You will receive an email after your purchase has been shipped with the delivery confirmation and the shipping operator that is handling your order. Once the order has been sent, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking ID. Using the link below, you may follow the progress of your package 24 hours after it is delivered.

Cancellation of Order before Dispatch 

Customers can cancel an order for a product before it ships. However, after the vendor has sent the order, it cannot be canceled. Any Product purchased on the Website (excluding Digital Keys or Software) can only be returned to the Company if the Product given by the Company is in its original packaging if your decision changes and the Product received differs from the Product requested.

If a customer requests to cancel an order or if a client makes a mistake when buying and requests a refund, the total amount will be reduced by 10% plus the handling fee and shipment expenses, as per our policy. and If a client requests a cancellation after their purchase has been delivered from our end, the refund policy will take 10% plus the processing fee + shipping charges from the total amount.

As a result, you must contact the manufacturer. In the event that a client cancels a Digital Key order, we do not issue a refund. In the event of a cancellation after delivery, you may get the goods and then seek a return and refund.

Note: Cancellation is not applicable on digital products. Digital products once delivered cannot be canceled.
