Return and Refund Policy

the customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order if the product is being returned.  In case If the product is delivered defective, wrong item, or damaged, in that case, the customer needs to inform us through Register email ID and send it to (support@cardierindia.in) within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Any request raised after the applicable replacement/Refund window will be rejected.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

All of our packages are submitted to comprehensive quality control processes before exiting the storage. However, if your goods are harmed during delivery or transportation, you can seek a substitute or cancel and receive a refund according to the criteria given below:

1. The product is faulty or damaged.

2. Disconnect from the website’s description.

3. Incorrect item delivered/wrong color/size/quantity.

4. Parts and accessories are missing.

Return Eligibility

  • The consumer must notify us between 7 days of acquiring the order if they wish to return it. If you get defective goods, you must notify us after 48 hours of receiving them.
  • It’s best if the products aren’t used.
  • During the customer’s possession, the goods were not harmed.
  • The merchandise is identical to what was initially sent.
  • Only if the identical product/model is currently in inventory will the product be qualified for replacement. If the identical product/model is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • All goods must be returned in their original configuration, including price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, genuine accessories, and the manufacturer’s package in which they were sent.
  • The invoice copy of the purchase has to be made clear 

Returning a Product

There are two options for returning the item. One option is to return the products on our behalf, in which case we dispatch a courier partner to collect the merchandise from clients. In some circumstances, however, if we are unable to provide return service, the client must ship the merchandise to us by India Post exclusively. Once we have received the items, we will refund the transportation fees.

Follow these steps to return a purchase

  1. Within 7 days after receiving the order, the client must notify us by phone or email.
  2. The order should be new and unopened.
  3. There should be a copy of the invoice on hand.
  4. Cardier India will apply for reverse delivery and do our best to make it happen. Our shipping partner will retrieve the items within 3-5 working days after the collection has been scheduled.
  5. The client must package the product in Brand packaging and attach the invoice.
  6. The merchandise will be delivered to the courier guy by the customer.
  7. The merchandise will be delivered to us by our courier partner after the pickup is completed.
  8. Our staff will do a quality check on the goods after it has been received, which will take two to five business days.
  9. If our staff discovers that the product is broken or faulty, we will attempt to arrange a substitution; nevertheless, this is contingent on the product’s supply.
  10. In rare circumstances, if our Transportation Solution Provider does not offer a reverse pickup service, the client will be required to ship the goods himself through India Post to the following location once the reverse pickup request is made:
